For the past fifteen years, I have helped people connect with their babies, find a rhythm, and co-create schedules that accommodate busy lives. With my experience as a Newborn care specialist, Yoga Instructor, Birth and Postpartum Doula, and Nanny, I have a thorough understanding and keen intuition in creating and placing a support system based on a family’s needs.

I began my journey with childcare over 15 years ago as a temporary nanny, working with children from birth to school age.
In 2008 I became a certified Birth Doula, attending over 15 births and a practicing Postpartum Doula. During that time I had the pleasure of working for Open Arms Perinatal Services in Seattle, the first government funded Doula program in the US, where I specialized in teen and Spanish speaking births.
I am a trained Newborn Care Specialist by Newborn Care Solutions. As well as a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor with nearly 20 year’s experience.
I am CPR certified and travel/passport ready with experience traveling with newborns. I have worked with varying parenting styles and philosophies; single parents, surrogates, awake care, donors, high- profile families, multiple births, preemies, postpartum depression, as well as the traditional family. I feel I am a great asset to any family environment as I am calm, nurturing, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I have a unique and developed intuition blended with a traditional skill-set for a holistic approach.
I feel blessed in weaving together the different aspects of my experience to support and nurture families.
I enjoy travel, so I can be found working in cities on the West Coast and in the Southwest. In my free time I love yoga, hiking, camping, dancing, and the open road.

Noel is a yoga instructor with nearly 20 years experience, including Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She can offer guidance with stretches, breath work, meditations, and mantras to support new moms.
